Azinoapte am avut un vis foooarte interesant. Prietena si colega mea Livia imi spunea pe nerasuflate ca a descoperit o clinica de infrumusetare care iti dadea un regim miraculos cu care slabeai foarte mult si foarte repede! <p>Azinoapte am avut un vis foooarte interesant. Prietena si colega mea Livia imi spunea pe nerasuflate ca a descoperit o clinica de infrumusetare care iti dadea un regim miraculos cu care slabeai foarte mult si foarte repede! <img src='http://ozzy.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Mi-o dadea exemplu pe Magda Palimariu care, desi tocmai nascuse o fetita, scapase de vreo 12 kg, ajungind mai slaba decit inainte de sarcina. Ne-am grabit sa ajungem la clinica respectiva care era intr-o cladire uriasa, cu geamuri in loc de pereti care dadeau spre&#8230;Atlantic. Coplesita de peisaj, m-am oprit pe culoar si am exclamat: &#8220;Asta da, clinica care da spre Atlantic!&#8221; (Ei, ce vreti, in vis nu sint la fel de atenta la cacofonii! <img src='http://ozzy.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ))))</p>
<p>Si acum descifrarea: Livia a inceput ieri un regim de scadere a colesterolului, eu sint obsedata de greutatea mea de cind ma stiu si acum sint mai ingrijorata decit oricind, iar in week-end a vazut un documentar cu adolescenti americani superobezi al caror vis comun era sa-si faca operatie de liposuctie. Sa mai spuna cineva ca nu se leaga totul in vis!<br />

<p>Asadar:</p>
<p>1. Salata de fructe fara sirop sau zahar. Si bineinteles, fara banane si struguri.</p>
<p>2. Laptele de soia (simplu, cu aroma de ciocolata sau de vanilie). O sticla asigura o treime din necesarul zilnic de calciu si vitamina D din timpul sarcinii.</p>
<p>3. Stafidele. O cutie de 30 de grame contine 2 grame de fibre, 4 procente din cantitatea recomandata de fier si 1 gram de proteine.</p>
<p>4. Iaurtul. Clasicul iaurt asigura 25%  din cantitatea zilnica recomandata de calciu, proteine, fibre si alte vitamine si minerale.<br />

5. Un amestec self made de cereale, cirese uscate si migdale. Un snack care poate inlocui cu succes tentatia de dulciuri.</p>
<p>6. Salad bar. Umpleti un bol cu spanac, morcovi, rosii, castraveti, stafide si nuci.</p>
<p>7. Morcovi. Sunt plini de vitamina A si fibre. Pot fi consumati cruzi sau la abur impreuna cu broccoli, conopida, spanac.</p>
<p>8. Felii de brinza. Cele mai indicate sunt fisiile de mozzarela slaba.</p>
<p>9. Sucul de portocale. Un pahar de suc de portocale asigura jumatate din necesarul de vitamina C si 15 % din necesarul de calciu.</p>
<p>10. Cereale, fara zahar.</p>
<p>11. Brinzica de casa.</p>

Apropo de asta, pina acum credeam ca sunt doar 3 situatii in care trebuie sa-ti spui greutatea reala: lu&#8217; nenea care iti fixeaza claparul pe ski (n-ai vrea sa-ti rupi piciorusul pentru o minciuna nevinovata), doctorului (ca asta daca se enerveaza te si cintareste) si prietenei de suferinta (a se citi &#8220;regim&#8221;), in cazul meu, Claudian. <span id="more-118"></span></p>
<p>Dar iata ca viata te duce pe cai nebanuite si acum trebuie sa mai strig sus si tare si pe blog. Si, surprinzator, nu ma deranjeaza atit de tare sa fiu sincera, cit faptul ca le-am depus (de obicei, se intimpla invers). Si asta impotriva tuturor eforturilor mele sustinute: mers la aquagym de doua ori pe saptamina, mers pe jos casa-munca dimineata si seara (nu va speriati, distanta e de vreo 2 km dus-intors), cel putin o data pe saptamina tirit tata lui Ozzy pe jos, de la noi de acasa pina in centru si tinut un regim cit de cit sanatos (fara junk food, fara sucuri, fara dulciuri, fara carbohidrati).</p>
<p>Bine, acum nu sint nici eu o sfinta, cam o data pe saptamina ma rasfatam si eu cu ceva bun. Ultima data, de exemplu cu o placinta homemade cu mere, fructe de padure si scortitoara de la pub-ul irlandez O&#8217;Hara (pe Lipscani). Sa ma intelegeti bine: placinta nu a fost &#8220;buna&#8221;, nici &#8221;foarte buna&#8221;, a fost DIVINA. O recomand oricui vrea sa experimenteze o gura de Rai.</p>
<p>Dar gata! Totul e la trecut. Pentru ca minunatia de placinta e ultimul lucru bun pe care l-am mincat pina cind organismul meu va iesi din zodia Marii Depuneri. Acuma nu vreau sa-l cert prea tare, pentru ca e un organism bun care a refuzat sa experimenteze orice simptom clasic al sarcinii: greturi, pofte, sensibilitati inutile. Poate si de asta, din plictiseala, s-a decis sa depuna! <img src='http://ozzy.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Intrebarea e doar: CIT?</p>
<p>Pina una, alta iata o poza de-a mea si de-a lui Claudian cind eram la regimul disociat, ziua de fructe:</p>
